Coach Brooks (USA Gold Certified, WBCA Member) isn’t just passionate about basketball, she’s passionate about empowering young women. In 2016, this passion led her to found Impact Legends Basketball, originally known as Queens in Action. Her vision was clear: create a dedicated space for girls to excel on the court and become active members of their community.
Coach Brooks believes basketball transcends the game. It’s a platform for growth, empowering players to find their voice and make a difference, both on and off the court. Through the game, she instills responsibility, leadership, and resilience, fostering well-rounded individuals, not just skilled athletes. Coach Cammer - Co-Founder & Treasurer
On the court, Coach Cammer’s infectious enthusiasm inspires players of all levels, from beginners taking their first steps to seasoned athletes honing their skills. His expertise goes beyond the game. Coach Will is a USA Gold Certified Coach, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing education and development. He’s also renowned for his specialization in shooting techniques, a skill that elevates his players’ performance and helps them reach new heights. With a wealth of knowledge, a dedication to nurturing young talent, and proven coaching credentials, Coach Cammer is a true asset to Impact Legends Basketball.
Coach Lindgren – Secretary
Coach Lindgren brings a unique blend of education and basketball expertise to Impact Legends Basketball. More than just a coach, she’s an educator with experience training teachers in North Carolina. This background allows her to create a well-rounded learning environment for players, both on and off the court.
Coach Lindgren’s believes in fostering a love for the game while also helping players develop as complete individuals. She understands the importance of academics and personal growth alongside athletic development. While, you will not see Coach Lindgren on the court coaching, you will see her on the sidelines cheering for out players. Her main focus in our organization is the communication and business.
Coach Givens - Communications
Coach Givens is a kind and intentional high school basketball coach with a passion for teaching youth. Coach Givens brings both experience and empathy to the court. With a background in high school basketball, he is committed to nurturing players’ development by creating a positive and supportive environment. He is also known for a strong emphasis on teamwork, discipline, and player development.
Coach Givens loves helping young athletes grow, not just as players but as individuals, using lessons from past experiences to sculpt a brighter future. By combining strategic insight with a focus on personal growth, he inspires athletes to excel in all areas of their lives.
As a former collegiate athlete, Coach Givens knows the importance of hard work and dedication. He holds a USA Gold Coach certification, demonstrating his commitment to ongoing education and development of his coaching skills.
